 Scott Lindblad
 Scott is the CEO and founder of Automated Assembly Corporation.   Scott received his Manufacturing Engineering Degree in 1984 from the University Wisconsin Stout.  He became a Certified Technologist in 1985.  Scott has worked in SMT flex assembly over his entire career and has a patent in SMT-Flex.   Scott has been involved in many leading edge technology innovations including Motorola’s StarTac Cell phone, ABS Brake circuitry for Texas Instruments and the first CAM and Crank sensor for Micro Switch. Scott started Automated Assembly Corporation in March 1991.  Automated Assembly has been “the first” in a number of areas.  They were the first company to do Reel-to-Reel Flex Assembly, the first to solder on Polyester, PEN, Polyimide and Tyvac in Reel-to Reel form.

Automated has continued to lead by producing the first RFID tags, the first 3D viewing glasses and the first wearable computer.

Scott has two children, who keep him busy with basketball, softball, hockey, baseball and soccer.  Scott is a licensed pilot and enjoys water skiing, snow skiing and hockey.

 Rhonda Malecha
Rhonda has an associate’s degree in accounting and is a Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9000.  She is GMS programming certified and 1-38-00 Fuji cam certified.  Rhonda is married and has 2 children

 Dave Neuman
Dave has 15 years of experience in products and processes related to flexible printed circuits. 10 years were spent with Sheldahl (now Multek) of Northfield Minnesota doing mechanical engineering and machine design tasks. Six years were spent in R&D as an Engineer/Scientist. Dave Completed his BSEET from Minnesota State University in 2004. Dave holds 5 patents mostly related to the processing of low temperature flexible substrates. He has designed and installed dozens of machines used in roll to roll processing and assembly.


 Alice Marin
Alice is team leader of all production at Automated Assembly Corporation. In the past 15 years, she has supervised many manufacturing operations such as laser cutting, photo imageable solder mask, printing, lamination, pressing, hot air leveling, inspection, ESD sensitive areas and prototype. In 8-8-97, she earned her Supervising Certificate. She is Solder Certified and is Internal Auditing certified for ISO9000.

She enjoys exercise, healthy living, and taking care of her family, and her dog Hunter.
